Heh, Brad, It's been a week and two days since you left us. What a send off you had. I walked out on the patio tonight and saw the brightest star in the western sky that I had ever seen. I got out the telescope, I knew there was something different about what I was seeing. I got the star in the viewer and my heart dropped to my knees. I was looking at a star that was the colors of the rainbow. The shape was immediately known to me, the message that you were sending to me came through.

You were showing me that you still lived on. The shape of the star was the shape of the symbol that was the map symbol in the movie, "Dragonfly". Readers, watch that movie and what I am conveying to you will become clear.
This was the first message that you sent to me to save my life, Brad. It literally saved my life and kept me going.
After your message I realized that I should write down whatever came to my mind about you, the state of mind I was in made me fearful that I would forget the little things of life that are so important.
I began to write down whatever came to my mind. No order of your age nor era of time: Brad talks about jet skiing this summer, forever optimistic. You never lost your spirit; we love the same programs, feel the same about people, don't like loud people; summers by the pool serving pizza to you and your friends; driving to school each morning, listening to MJ and BJ; my best friend. You tell me everything; the conversation you began with the man in the seat in front of you when we flew to Canada to be trained in giving shots of 714x to save your life. You were cracking him and me up with your jokes; you love your kittens; you love to work on your car; you cared about others, you would get upset when you would hear of a young person getting killed; you always woke up with a smile on your face, no matter how sick you were.
There is so much more that I wrote to remind me of who you are.

Brad, you know I've kept these logs since you moved on to the ultimate level of life. What others are going to read is what has happened. You are constantly teaching me that there is life after life. After you moved on, you looked back and knew that I was not a believer. All that I had told you when we leave this earth was just something I said to make a believer of you and ease your transition to the other side. Now, it has become your job to make me a believer. Thank you, my dear son.
