Keeping The Promise

When I learned of cesium therapy and Dr. Keith Brewer, Phd., I ordered his papers on the study he conducted with cesium.  By doing so I became acquainted with Lillian Hanke with The Brewer International Science Library.  Dr. Brewer, Phd. Tested the cesium therapy on mice, pro bono out of his pocket for the betterment of human kind. This is the first step for a clinical trial. I have edited Lillian's email as there are references to my physician, a genuine M.D. Skilled in alternative therapies.

Remember, Americans, alternative medicine that has not been clinically tested by the agencies that have created a monopoly on our health care will prosecute physicians that prescribe alternative therapies. The physician can help you but it is you that must make the decision on what you want to use.  This is in direct conflict with Executive Order 13147.

Here is the answer from Lillian on why Dr. Brewer's cesium treatment was never allowed to be tested by the National Cancer Institute. Lillian knew Dr. Brewer personally, I have no doubt in the truthfulness of  what I read from a person that is in her position.

Dear Linda,
I recall talking to you previously about cesium and I remember your website.

This is the history of the use of the cesium high PH therapy on humans that I learned through personally knowing A. Keith Brewer, Ph.D. He funded mouse research to learn whether the idea of using cesium to treat cancer would work or not. When he felt he had gathered enough information to support using the therapy in humans, he approached the National Cancer Institute in about 1978. They refused to fund the research. Dr. Brewer became acquainted with Dean Burk, Ph.D, who was head of the cytochemistry Department at the National Cancer Institute in 1973, and had personally spoken out in support of the clinical testing of laetrile in that year. I have not seen any correspondence between them, but I do see that he referred to him as "dean" in correspondence to another person in 1971 so he must have known him for at least seven years before he was ready for human trials. Dr. Dean Burk Ph.D suggested that Dr. Brewer find a way to meet Hans Nieper, MD, of Germany. Dr. Burk told him he thought Dr. Nieper would immediately try using cesium high PH therapy with his patients. These were not formal research trials, however. Also, Dr. Brewer became acquainted with H.E. Sartori, MD. Dr. Sartori was born in Austria and was a naturalized US citizen. Dr. Sartori was willing to treat cancer patients with the therapy Dr. Brewer proposed and even experimented with taking cesium himself to see what side effects it might have. Dr. Sartori self-published information about his use of the cesium high PH therapy during the 1980's. He published a table listing nine kinds of cancer for which he had surviving patients. He said, "of a series of the first 65 patients with a variety of TERMINAL CANCERS, as of February 1, 1985 the survival time of the 36 survivors, all of them expected to die not later than 2 weeks to 3 months after the treatment was started, is at lease 6 months and up to 3 years and 8 months." Again, these were not formal research trials. They were clinical use of the therapy and he describes using some variations in amounts of the different parts of the protocol.
There are statements on the internet that Dr. Brewer had tested this therapy on 30 patients. Dr. Brewer was a Ph.D. This statement is a misinterpretation of a sentence that was in the abstract of the article by him we have on our website. At the time he was writing the article he knew about 30 patients who had been treated by Dr. Sartori, or perhaps Dr. Sartori and Dr. Nieper. These were not his patients, and he did not fund or personally conduct any research on humans. I have reworded the confusing sentence in the abstract but I can not correct all the misstatements on various websites.
I believe that cesium chloride is not patentable. I think this may have been the key reason why the NCI was not interested in funding human research trials in 1978.
This sentence is from _BurtonGoldberg Presents an Alternative Medicine Definitive Guide to Cancer_. And Chapter 26, "how Cancer Politics Have Kept You in the Dark," an explanation about how cancer research has become so focused on pharmaceutical drugs. If you don't have easy access to this book you could obtain it through interlibrary. Since the book is about alternative medicine it might not be in the average library. The chapter is 53 pages in length.
